• All styles are available for immediate supply. 

• Each individual packaging includes: one pair of pants, two knee protectors, two hip protectors, packed in a transparent poly bag with clear warning notice of choking hazard. 

• Only the central back main label is provided for care instructions as well as fabric contents. No brand labels or price tags are included. 

• Express air or economic sea shipping, depending on your specific requirements. 

• You will be responsible for any potential taxes and fees that may be imposed by the Customs authority of your country. Please rest assured we'll always require our shipping agent to provide accurate tax-related information before dispatch. 

Currently, PayPal and T/T payments are available. We're exploring more payment solutions to better suit your needs.

We have always implemented a strict quality control process. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective item, please follow these steps: 

• Provide your order number. 

• Send clear photos of the defective area on the item. 

• You can ask for a credit memo, which will be deducted from your next order. 

• Alternatively, we will issue a refund to your payment account.
